These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Veya Foun digital creative resources and AI learning materials, our website and all related digital materials. By purchasing or accessing our content you agree to these terms. Veya Foun is the commercial brand for this collection; purchases and support are currently operated by Unit Foun, LLC.
1. Digital product
Veya Foun offers digital prompts, templates, marketing models, spreadsheets, content calendars, AI tools and instructional videos according to the selected plan. No physical goods are shipped.
Digital delivery is online. Availability and access details must be confirmed before payment.
2. License of use
Your purchase grants a personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive license to study the material for your own learning.
Copying, reselling, redistributing, publicly broadcasting, printing for commercial use or sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
3. Access and updates
Downloaded resources remain available for your licensed use. Hosted access lasts while the product remains commercially available and maintained.
AI Workspace and Veya Complete include 12 months of content updates. Veya Complete includes 12 months of AI tools access. Any continuation after that period requires your explicit agreement.
4. Prices and plans
Plans are $19, $39, $55, $110, $145 and $230 in United States dollars, paid once. Included resources vary by plan; no automatic renewal is agreed to on this page.
Third-party AI subscriptions and usage charges are not included unless explicitly stated.
5. Responsible use
Use the resources lawfully. Review generated content for accuracy, intellectual property rights and compliance before publication.
Do not resell or redistribute source templates, prompts or access credentials.
6. Support
Support is provided online only, by email at hello@unitfoun.com, normally within 24 business hours.
Support covers access issues, content questions and guidance on the digital collection projects. It does not include developing custom commercial projects for you.
7. Limitation of liability
Materials are educational and creative resources, not legal, financial or professional advice. No commercial outcome is guaranteed.
Our total liability is limited to the amount actually paid, subject to applicable consumer law.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms at any time. The updated version applies from its publication date on this page.
